Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link inside. You can also track your order directly on our order tracking page anytime.
Almost every product page has a size guide you can check before ordering. If you're still not sure which size is right for you, just drop us a message and we'll help you figure it out.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

During busy sale periods we may experience a higher volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure checkout.
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this window, your order moves into processing and can no longer be cancelled. You are still welcome to return the item once it arrives, following our standard return process.
