Shipping policy

At Mayberry we're proud to serve customers across the United States with dependable, well-organised delivery. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our warehouse to your door.


1. General shipping information

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery routes and timing are arranged based on the destination ZIP code and the carrier handling your parcel.


2. Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and US federal holidays.

During peak shopping periods or promotional events processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we'll keep you informed by email.


3. Shipping costs

Free shipping β€” every order ships free of charge, with no minimum spend required.


4. Estimated delivery times

Once your order has left our facility you can typically expect:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–13 business days from purchase
  • Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (EST)
  • Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Please note: these timings are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.


5. Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or to US territories subject to carrier restrictions.

Some products may carry additional shipping limitations based on US regulations or our carrier's policies.


6. Failed deliveries or returned parcels

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an inaccurate address, a missed attempt, or refusal at the door, the parcel may be sent back to us.

When that happens we'll contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch. Additional shipping costs may apply for a second attempt.


7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@mayberryway.com.

We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on a resolution as quickly as possible.


8. Updates to this shipping policy

We may update this shipping policy from time to time, for example to align with Google Shopping requirements or to improve our service.
